UPDATED – 08/19/24 – Corrections officials have arrested a Harrington man who failed to return to the Sussex Community Corrections Center in Georgetown on June 2. DOC officials say 43 year old David Sharp was arrested by Galloway Township Police in New Jersey on Saturday, August 17.
