Thursday saw a refreshing north wind and fish were caught. My friend Bob Baker called to report another successful trip to Wachapreague, Virginia.  He and two friends fished the incoming tide to capture a three-man flounder limit with fish to 19 inches.  All were caught on Bob Baker Flounder Rigs.
