Public Health officials in Delaware report the number of laboratory-confirmed flu cases is skyrocketing.  Between January 21st and 27th there were 650 confirmed cases – and also a 4th death from the flu – and the second in Sussex County.  Officials report that an 82 year old Sussex County man with underlying health conditions died…
