Representative Mike Mulrooney has decided that he will not seek re-election.  Mulrooney, who is a Democrat, represented the 17th District and was a champion for Delaware’s working class for over 20 years.  Democrat Melissa Minor-Brown has filed as a candidate for the 17th.
