Small craft advisories were up for the ocean, but at least one boat fished Delaware Bay.  Seas remain high for Sunday and Monday, but I believe some of the larger head and charter boats will fish with Monday being a holiday for a few lucky folks. The Grizzly with Captain Cary Evans fished the bay…
