Sussex County Council to Hold Public Interview for P&Z Commission Nominee
After a week off to celebrate our nation’s birthday, the Sussex County Council will be in session Tuesday morning. The Council will have a presentation and recognition of the Delaware State Police and also hear a review of the now-ended General Assembly session. Again the Council will hold a public interview for a nominee to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The Manager of Accounting, Andrea Wall, will present the Council with a payment in lieu of taxes from the US Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service for Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. The funding in the past has been allocated in the past to the Milford and Cape Henlopen School Districts where the Refuge is located.
There are no afternoon land use public hearings scheduled.
The Sussex County Council meets at 10am Tuesday in the County Administration Building on The Circle in Georgetown.
