Sussex Board of Adjustment delays vote on Hudson Fields

Hudson Fields went before the Sussex County Board of Adjustment yesterday. The entertainment venue is asking the board to determine whether or not its concert series qualifies as an existing nonconforming use of the property. However, there were not enough board of adjustment members in attendance to take a definitive vote, so the question remains open.
