Suspect In Md. 2020 Homicide Arrested At Dover Motel

A suspect in a 2020 homicide in Dorchester County has been arrested at a Dover motel.
According to Dover Police, information was made available that 23-year-old Ryshon Kelly was at the Relax Inn on Route 13 Saturday. Dover officers and members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, with assistance of the Capital Area Regional Task Force, took Kelly into custody as a search warrant was executed at the motel. He was being held at SCI pending extradition to Maryland
Kelly was identified as a suspect in connection with the stabbing death of Roderick Russ Junior in Cambridge in October 2020.
