Six Arrested in One Seaford Residence During Narcotics Search Warrant

Six people have been arrested on drug charges after the Seaford Police Department with assistance from Delaware State Police
SORT executed a narcotics search warrant Wednesday at a residence near the intersection of Front Street and King Street in Seaford. During the execution of the search warrant the six were taken into custody inside the home. Further investigation revealed that 5 of the 6 individuals were found to have either a capias or violation of probation capias. The following is a list of names and charges for each one:

• Crystal Bailey, 43, of Milford; Charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, released on $400 unsecured bond, committed on a capias. 


• James Brooks, 61, of Seaford; Charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia released on $400 unsecured bond, committed on capias.   


• Lavar Ross, 39, of Bridgeville; Charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, released on $400 unsecured bond, committed on capias. 


• Howard Wise, 55, of Seaford; Charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, committed on a $400 secured bond and capias including VOP. 


• William Ball, 46, of Lewes: Charges with Possession with intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Crack Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, committed on $10,600 secured bail and capias including numerous VOPs.   


• Jaqueline Cohen, 68, of Seaford was charged with Maintaining a Drug Property, Possession of Crack Cocaine and released on a $2,200 unsecured bond.
