Senator Carper to Deliver Farewell Address on the Floor of the U.S. Senate

U.S. Senator Tom Carper the last Vietnam veteran serving in the Senate, will speak from the Senate floor later today to deliver a farewell address commemorating a lifetime of public service to the nation, including 23 years in the United States Senate. His term ends on Jan. 3rd, 2025.
