Sen Richardson to Announce Candidacy Monday in Seaford

On Monday, Delaware State Senator Bryant Richardson will announce his bid for a second term to represent the 21st District – which includes Seaford, Laurel, Delmar and Gumboro. He will make the announcement at noon at the Riverwalk in Seaford.
