Seaford Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing Sex Offender

The Seaford Police Department says it needs the public’s help in locating 46-year-old Randy Crum, a Tier 1 registered sex offender who has failed to comply with properly registering.
The Department’s Criminal Investigations Division says a warrant for Crum’s arrest is currently active after he failed to pre-register as a sex offender.
