Seaford Police & Paramedics Revive Overdosed Driver

Seaford Police were called Sunday for a driver passed out behind the wheel – his car was partially in a water-filled retention pond with the engine still running and the vehicle in drive.  Police broke the window and pulled the driver out – he had a pulse but was not breathing.  Paramedics arriving at the scene administered Narcan which revived 37 year old Casey Brenner of Millsboro.  Police recovered 7 bags of heroin from the driver’s seat – he is charged with possession of heroin and DUI.
