The City of Seaford’s Police Department says it has apprehended two people from Silver Spring, Maryland for leaving a Grotto’s Pizza location without paying their tab.

Officers say on Tuesday, officers were dispatched to the restaurant on Sussex Highway. Reports indicate the male patron slapped a female waitress on the butt while leaving the restaurant. Officers were able to locate the female defendant and take her into custody, although the male defendant fled to a nearby hotel. Authorities eventually tracked him down to the Days Inn after additional reports he was walking the hotel’s hallways armed with a hunting style bow and arrow. Officers made contact with him at his hotel room, but he refused to come out. He was later apprehended.

The female defendant has been identified as 27-year-old Summer Bueso-Shinn of Silver Spring. She was charged with theft under 1500 dollars and second degree conspiracy. The male defendant has been identified as 28-year-old Schuyler Sutton, also of Silver Spring. He faces a slew of charges including theft under 1500 dollars, second degree conspiracy, unlawful sexual contact in the third degree, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and out of state fugitive charges. He was wanted for first degree burglary in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Bueso-Shinn was released on unsecured bail. Sutton was committed to the Department of Corrections without bail pending extradition to Maryland.
