Seaford PD Investigating Shots Fired Complaint find Drugs

Seaford Police are investigating a shots fired complaint Monday night just before 11. Police were called to State Street where they located shell casings in the roadway as well as a bullet in the roadway – away from the shell casings. Police also found a home with front window damage and then spotted a large quantity of suspected marijuana on the bed in front of the window. Police spoke with the homeowner who said her daughter and boyfriend were the victims of the shots fired and the daughter gave verbal consent to search her room and vehicle. Police seized over 4 pounds of psychedelic mushrooms, over 6 pounds of marijuana, 1 pound of THC wax and over $5700 in cash. Incendiary ammunition was also found. The investigation is continuing – no one was injured in the shots fired and charges are pending in regards to the drugs.
