Seaford PD Arrest JaMar Archer for Kidnapping

Seaford Police have arrested a man in connection with a domestic violence and kidnapping incident that occurred last week. Police say JaMar Archer went to his ex-girlfriend’s home. When he got inside – he took her car keys and cell phone and told her she and her four children couldn’t leave. After 4 days, the victim was able to escape and contact police. While the victim was kept in her home – Archer repeatedly struck her and spit on her. Archer was arrested on Friday by Laurel Police and turned over to Seaford PD. He’s charged with 2nd degree kidnapping, offensive touching and other offenses and is being held in default of a cash bail.
