Seaford Man Pleads Guilty to Tax Charge

A Seaford man has pleaded guilty to filing a false tax return for 2015 – and admitted to outstanding tax liabilities for 2013, 2014 and 2016. DOJ officials say 49 year old Lorne “Bob” Adams omitted about $165,000 in income – he has agreed to make over $112,000 in restitution to the IRS. Adams faces a maximum of three years in prison when he’s sentenced in May by a federal district court judge.
