Seaford Man Charged with 7th Offense DUI

A Seaford man has been charged by Harrington Police with his 7th offense DUI. Police stopped 51 year old Bradley O’Neal for a registration violation and smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle. After taking standard field sobriety tests, O’Neal was arrested – and a computer check showed he wa vs driving with a suspended license and had 6 previous DUI convictions dating back to 1986. He was charged with his 7th offense DUI and several other traffic violations and taken to SCI in default of an over $20,000 cash bond.
