Seaford Brother & Sister Charged After Search Turns Up Drugs

Members of the Governor’s Task Force were contacted by Probation officers in Georgetown about 22 year old Daniel Allen, of Seaford, who is currently serving a home confinement sentence for a previous drug dealing conviction.  Probation officers went to his home to conduct a pre-approved administrative search and found his 27 year old sister, Alexia Allen and two children.  During the search officers found cocaine, marijuana, THC vape cartridges, a shotgun, two knives, metal knuckles, shotgun ammunition and over $1000 in suspected drug proceeds.  Both Daniel and Alexia Allen were arrested – Daniel faces multiple drug and weapons charges and is being held in default of over $57,000 cash only bond.  Alexia is charged with maintaining a drug property and other offenses and was released on her own recognizance.
