Salisbury Woman Hospitalized After Struck by Vehicle Monday Night

A Salisbury women is hospitalized after a crash Monday night just after 9pm at Route 13 north of Naylor Mill Road. Maryland State Police continue to investigate, but say a 75 year old woman was trying to cross northbound Route 13 when she was struck by a car driven by 33 year old Aisha Batool of Salisbury – her vehicle was struck by a Toyota driven by a Hampton, VA man. The victim was taken to PRMC and later transferred to Christiana Hospital in Wilmington.
