Salisbury PD Investigating Death of Man Found in Wicomico River

Tuesday afternoon Salisbury Police were called to the area of South Division and Market Streets after an adult man was found dead in the Wicomico River. An area worker discovered the body and called 9-1-1. Police have identified the victim as 23 year old Maurice Pinkett of Salisbury. The body has been taken to the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore to determine the cause and manner of death.
