A Salisbury man has been sentenced to life without the possibility of parole plus 10 years.  In May, 21 year old Ryan Holden was convicted of 1st degree murder, attempted armed robbery and weapons offenses.  Sentencing was delayed pending completion of a pre-sentence investigation.  Holden shot 57 year old Anthony Cropper in his Salisbury home when he and two others went to Cropper’s home to commit a robbery.  Cropper was shot in the chest and died from his injuries.
