Salisbury Man Convicted of Sex Offenses of Minors

A Salisbury man has been convicted on a variety of sex charges. On Monday a Wicomico County jury found 52 year old Charles Quails guilty of 2 counts of sexual abuse of a minor, and multiple other offenses against two victims who were under the age of 12 at the time of the incidents. The judge has ordered a pre-sentence and mental health investigation be completed prior to sentencing.
