October 16, 2018
A Salisbury man has been found guilty of sex offenses of a minor. Officials say the charges stem from ongoing contact with a child under the age of 15 when the incident occurred in March. The judge has ordered a pre-sentence investigation and mental health evaluation for 41 year old Harry Chisum. He faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and will be required to register as a Tier II sex offender for 25 years when he’s released.
