Salisbury Man Convicted of 56 Counts in Bank Robbery

A Salisbury man has been convicted of 56 counts – including 5 counts of armed robbery. Officials say just before 6pm on December 9th, five masked individuals – including 26 year old Richard Moise – went into the Bank of Delmarva on Eastern Shore Drive in Salisbury ordered the employees to the ground and bound three tellers with zip ties. The suspects took over $11,000 in cash as well as some personal items from the employees. Moise collected the money. Sentencing has been delayed pending a pre-sentence investigation.
