Salisbury Man Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

A Salisbury man was arrested Saturday night after he returned to the Parkwood Apartments after being told by police earlier in the day not to come back. Maryland State Police arrived to find 41 year old Brian Davidson being disorderly and refusing to leave. Police also saw the victim’s front door was broken and that Davidson was very drunk. They learned that Davidson, who does not live there, kicked in the door and assaulted the victim – and blocked her from getting away from him. Davidson is charged with 3rd degree burglary, 2nd degree assault and other offenses.
