During the final week of March, residents and visitors in Ocean City will be directed to use Route 50 into downtown Ocean City.
A nearly 12-mile section of Route 90 will undergo maintenance on five consecutive nights, weather permitting, starting Sunday March 27th.
According to the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration, the work will involve guardrail repairs, clearing of drains, debris removal, line striping and highway lighting repairs.
Motorists should plan to take alternate routes between 7:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. and should allow extra time during the project, which is expected to conclude early April 1st.
