Repair Work at Cape Henlopen Fishing Pier begins October 9

Repair work will begin on the Cape Henlopen fishing pier beginning on October 9^th.  DNREC officials say a pipe below the pier will be replaced – however the pier will remain open for the duration of the work, which is expected to take three days – weather permitting.
