Rehoboth Commissioners Approve Greyhounds Reach the Beach at the Convention Center in October

Greyhounds Reach the Beach has been coming to the Rehoboth and Dewey area for many years.  The group has asked to be able to use the new Rehoboth Beach Convention Center this October – and to allow the dogs to be inside as well.  The Rehoboth City Commissioners have received letters in support as well as from other venues that have hosted the dogs in the past with no problems – including Salisbury and Ocean City.  The commissioners approved the Greyhounds Reach the Beach event at the Convention Center with a 5 to 2 vote – as a one-time event pending a review afterwards for future possible events.
