Rehoboth Beach Giant Evacuated after Gas Leak

Rehoboth Beach firefighters were called to the Giant Grocery Store at Lighthouse Plaza Boulevard just after noon for a reported gas leak inside the building and several persons affected. Firefighters evacuated the building – six people affected by the gas were evaluated and one was transported to a local hospital. Officials say the source of the gas leak was a HVAC unit on the roof of the store.
