Princess Anne Building Fire Under Investigation

The Maryland State Fire Marshall’s Office is investigating the cause of a Tuesday afternoon fire in Princess Anne that destroyed a pole building.
The blaze broke out just after 3pm on Venton Road. The Princess Anne Fire Department responded, getting the fire under control in just under two hours. WGMD has learned a neighbor discovered the blaze, and that it began inside the structure. Damages have been estimated at $140,000 to the structure and it’s contents.
