UPDATED: Pres. Biden Returning to Washington as Tensions Rise in the Middle East

UPDATED – 04/13/24 – 4pm – Tensions are rising in the Middle East and President Biden is cutting short his weekend at his North Shores beach house in Rehoboth Beach to return to Washington this afternoon. The White House Press Office say the President will return to the White House to consult with his national security team about events in the Middle East.

UPDATED – 6:30pm: President Biden will be in Rehoboth Beach this weekend. He was expected to leave Washington around 5:15 however, he didn’t fly out of Andrews until nearly 6pm.
He’s expected to remain at his North Shores beach house until Sunday evening.
