Police Charge 1 Man for Counterfeiting, Still Looking for Second Suspect

One man has been arrested by Rehoboth Beach Police in connection with counterfeit crimes in the resort in August. Police arrested 21 year old Rasheed Cobb of Dover early Wednesday morning after he was identified on surveillance video passing counterfeit hundred dollar bills at five businesses on or near the Rehoboth Boardwalk. Cobb is charged with 5 counts each of felony 1st degree forgery, 2nd degree conspiracy and theft under $1500. He is free on an unsecured bail. Police are still looking for the second suspect – 25 year old Ishmael Lamin of Newark – who is wanted on the same charges. If you know where he is contact Rehoboth Police or Crime Stoppers.
