Philadelphia Man Charged after Shots Fired at Dover Convenience Store

A Philadelphia man has been arrested by Dover Police after a shots fired complaint on Sunday just after 12:30am at the 7-11. Police found damage to the store and the investigation showed that 25 year old Quadir Petty Smith was holding a firearm and pointing it at people at the scene. Police don’t know if Petty Smith fired the shots or if there were other firearms present. Petty Smith was found in the parking lot at Planet Fitness and arrested and charged with aggravated menacing.

He’s being held at SCI in default of a $2500 secured bail.
