Pennsylvania Man Charged After Robbery & Assault in OC

Early Tuesday morning Ocean City Police found a man badly beaten in the area of 81st Street. The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries and told police he’d been robbed by 4 individuals. As police were investigating the scene, the suspects returned in a vehicle – one ran off on foot after he was confronted by police. After a brief chase, police arrested 21 year old Patrick Nolan of Pennsylvania. The other three suspects were detained – and police arrested a 15 year old and 16 year old – also from Pennsylvania. The fourth suspect was released without charges. Nolan is charged with robbery, theft, 2nd degree assault and other offenses. The juveniles were referred to Juvenile Services.
