Pedestrian Struck & Killed in Lincoln

A pedestrian was killed just after 11 Tuesday night after he was struck by a vehicle.  Delaware State Police continue to investigate, but say an 85 year old Lincoln man was walking on Marshall Street near Johnson Road when he was struck by a car driven by a 21 year old woman from Lincoln.  Police say the pedestrian was wearing dark clothing and not carrying a light.  He was pronounced dead after arriving at Milford Memorial Hospital.  Police say alcohol does not appear to be a factor for either and the driver was properly restrained.
