Parsonsburg Woman Dies After Thursday Night Crash near Millsboro

A single vehicle crash west of Millsboro just after 9 Thursday night has left a Parsonsburg woman dead. Delaware State Police say a 58 year old woman was northbound on Lowes Crossing Road near Carey’s Camp Road when she went off the road in a curve, over-corrected and lost control. Her car struck a mailbox and slid into the side of an unoccupied home – causing minor damage. The woman was taken to an area hospital where she died from her injuries early Friday morning.
