Open Enrollment for 2020 Coverage in DE Health Insurance Marketplace Open till Dec 15

Open enrollment for 2020 coverage on Delaware’s Health Insurance Marketplace has begun.  DHSS officials say the premiums on the state’s marketplace plans have dropped an average of 19% because of a new reinsurance program that Delaware received state and federal approval to start.  Enrollment runs from November 1^st through December 15^th.
