Next Phase for OC’s Downtown Recreation Complex Begins in October

The next phase of demolition and construction at the Downtown Recreation Complex in Ocean City will begin around the first of October – and will start in the park’s east block area. All park amenities with the exception of the Ocean Bowl Skate Park will not be available for public use. The revitalized complex will include new basketball courts, pickleball/tennis mixed-use courts, an inclusive playground, expanded skate park, walking paths and is expected to be completed during next summer.
