New Mexico Woman Charged with Drunk on a Highway in Rehoboth

Rehoboth Beach Police arrested a woman who was in the middle of the road and blocking traffic. Police were called around 11:30 Sunday night and found 25 year old Hannah Cain of New Mexico in the middle of Rehoboth Avenue – and traffic was stopping to avoid hitting her. When officers tried to move her from the roadway – she refused struggling against officers who tried to arrest her and get her into a patrol car. Cain is charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and drunk on a highway.
