Maryland State Police are looking for a missing person diagnosed with dementia. Frenel Joseph Pierre is black, 60 years old about 5’ 4” and 145 pounds and was last seen at about 10am wearing blue jeans and a grey sweater. Police say he walked from a home on Carolyn Avenue which is off Old Ocean City Road west of Beaglin Park Drive in Salisbury. If you spot him – call police at 410-749-3101, extension 0.
