MSP Investigating Shooting Death in Cambridge

Maryland State Police are investigating deadly shooting that occurred around 12:30 Monday morning on Henry Street in Cambridge. Cambridge Police were called for a shooting and found the victim, 37 year old Kenneth Ramcharan, with an apparent gunshot wound. Ramcharan was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS and the MSP Homicide Unit was requested to take lead on the investigation.
