MSP Investigating Drowning Death in West Ocean City

Maryland State Police were called for a person in the water in Herring Creek Sunday morning in West Ocean City. Police say 68 year old Paul Scott went to pump water out of his boat, which was near where he was found in the water. A tote bag with a water pump inside was also found nearby. Police say foul play is not suspected – his body was taken to the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy.
