Millsboro Man Arrested after Rehoboth Domestic Incident

A Millsboro man has been arrested after a domestic incident in Rehoboth Beach early Sunday morning.  Delaware State Police say 31 year old Kyle King of Millsboro went to the Rehoboth home of a female acquaintance around 1am.  King was uninvited and drunk, but refused to leave after repeated asked to go.  Police say King grabbed the victim by the throat – she was able to get away and leave the home.  Troopers found King in a vehicle outside the home, but when they tried to contact him – he ran back inside.  Troopers eventually got into the home and arrested King after a brief struggle.  He is charged with 2^nd burglary, strangulation and other offenses.  He’s being held on a secured bail.
