UPDATED: Milford PD Arrest Lincoln Man for Shooting

UPDATED:  A Lincoln man turned himself in to Mlford Police after a shooting on December 23 at the Brightway Commons Apartments in Milford.  Milford Police say 36 year old Derreck Morris is being held on over $159,000 cash bail.  Police say during a fight between several people in the courtyard a gun was fired and a bullet went into a home and struck a 4 year old child.  The child is in stable condition at A-I DuPont Children’s Hospital.
