UPDATED: Milford PD Arrest Lincoln Man Wanted after Milford HS Lockdown
UPDATED – 04/08/24 – Milford Police have arrested 59 year old Thomas Caffrey who has been wanted for the past month on charges of harassment following a incident at Milford High School that resulted in a lockdown at the high school and central academy. Investigators did a routine check of Caffrey’s residence and located his pickup at the home. They contacted him and took him into custody without incident. Caffrey is charged with four couts of harassment and was given $4000 secured bail and a no contact order with the four victims in the case along with the Milford School District and all of the District’s properties. He posted bail and was released.

Police have a warrant for Caffrey for harassment charges stemming from Thursday’s incident at Milford High School and Central Academy. If anyone knows of his whereabouts – contact Milford Police at 302-422-8081. Milford Schools were closed Friday after a lock down at Milford High School and the Central Academy Thursday afternoon. District officials continue to have an increased police presence on school grounds as an extra precaution – school will resume for all staff and students on Monday.
