Milford Parade Canceled Due to Weather

The Milford Parade has been canceled with no guarantee of rescheduling due to impending rain and high winds expected this evening.

Milford Parade Chairperson Charles Gray “we do not have an alternative date, as to the size and scope of the event currently prevents us from doing so. We look forward to our 2020 parade.”

“Out of safety concerns of both our participants and spectators, we must cancel the parade,” Gray said. “We have marched in rain before, but when a thunderstorm or high wind potential exists, we must decide to take precautionary measures for all involved.”

The 2020 parade will take place Wednesday October 21, 2020.
