Milford man facing drug charges after police find heroin, cocaine

A Milford man was arrested on drug charges after police seized heroin, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia during a disorderly complaint.

According to the Milford Police Department, around 8:30 p.m., Wednesday officers were called to a residence in the 700 block of Beechwood Avenue for reports of a disorderly individual.

Police arrived and made contact with 45-year-old Mike Riviello, of Milford, Delaware.

Officers observed erratic behavior displayed by Riviello, according to police. He was found to be in possession of cocaine, heroin, and drug paraphernalia.

Riviello was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $600 secured bond.
