Milford Man Charged with DUI

A Milford man is charged with DUI after he was seen by Milford Police swerving from side to side on Route 113. Officers stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver, 35 year old Oscar Alvarez-Martinez. Officers could smell alcohol on his breath and gave him standard field sobriety tests. Alvarez-Martinez was arrested and charged with DUI, no insurance and driving without a valid license. He also has several aliases and several warrants for his arrest. He was released on an unsecured bail the following day.
