Milford Man Charged after Assault Investigation

A Milford man has been arrested on multiple charges after an investigation into an assault earlier this month.  Police learned 31 year old Ricky Ness violated a no contact order when he contacted two people just before 2am.  Police say he shoved the other victim – causing a minor injury.  Last weekend violated another no contact order when he struck a victim and made threatening statements. Ness turned himself in to police on Thursday – he faces multiple charges.
